Welcome to the WTAM Coats for Kids Auction

The auction begins Saturday, November 15th at 5:00 am and will end Monday, November 24th at 7:00 pm. All proceeds will benefit Coats for Kids.

How the Auction Works:

  1. Register for the auction - click on "Login" in the left hand corner. You must register in order to bid. Payment information is not required to register.
  2. Review the auction items by clicking on the product category - be sure to scroll down all the available items in each product category.
  3. Bid on an item by clicking on the product detail - bidding is in $5.00 - $25 increments depending on the item
  4. Receive an email confirmation regarding bid status; may re-bid if necessary.
  5. High bidder receives email confirmation with instructions on how to pay for and pick up item or certificate. Payment must be made by Visa, Mastercard, or PayPal and completed by December 1st.
  6. After completing the payment process, the high bidders will be contacted by WTAM to arrange a day/time to pick up the item at the Clear Channel offices: 6200 Oak Tree Blvd., Independence, OH 44131. 216-520-2600. Offices with be closed on Thanksgiving and Friday, November 28th. Items cannot be mailed.
  7. All items must be picked up by Monday, December 22nd.
  8. Per the IRS tax deduction law - if the winner bids more than the value of the item, the excess (over the value of the item) is tax deductible as a contribution.
  9. Auction user name can be changed by us if deemed misleading or inappropriate.
